Please be advised that starting August 23, 2021, our Testing Center in Makati and Cebu will be operational under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine status but only with 50% capacity.
All examinees are required to provide any of the following: 48hrs. antigen test result or 72hrs RT PCR test result, or vaccination card with complete doses.
Please follow the safety protocols of our testing center for your own safety and our staff.
