I am confirmed for an exam, what do I need to bring?

Only examinees are allowed inside the testing center.

Candidates will need to bring two (2) valid forms of identification on the exam schedule, both with signature, one with recent picture

 

LIST OF ACCEPTABLE IDs

 

PRIMARY IDs:

• Driver's License

• Passport

• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)

• Social Security System (SSS ID)

• Government Service Insurance System (GSIS ID)

• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC ID)

• Digitized PhilHealth Identification Card (PVC)

• Voter’s ID

• Postal ID

 

SECONDARY IDs:

• Tax Identification Number (TIN ID)

• PhilHealth Identification Card (Laminated)

• Barangay ID

• Home Development Mutual Fund (HMDF) or PAG-IBIG ID

• National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance

• Employee ID *

• Student ID or School ID * (for students only, with validation sticker)

 

• Credit/Debit Card * (A credit/debit card can be used as a primary form of ID only if it contains both a photo and a signature and is not expired. Any credit/debit card can be used as a secondary form of ID, as long as it contains a signature and is not expired. This includes major credit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. It also includes department store and gasoline credit cards.)

Note:

“Membership cards like Lander's, S&R, etc. are not acceptable as secondary ID."

 

The test will not be delivered without the appropriate form of identification.

 

Test Center Administrators have the right to refuse seating you for the exam if they are unable to properly identify you.
